All meetings are held at Parish Rooms, Westend, Ashton Hayes at 7.15pm, unless otherwise stated. The meetings are held on the second Tuesday in the month (apart from August) unless otherwise stated.
OPEN FORUM – At each meeting there is an opportunity for members of the Public to make comment and raise questions. (normal allocated time of 20 minutes).
