HIRING THE FACILITIES
The Pavilion and the Football Pitches can be booked for parties, events and matches.
Anyone wishing to use the field for any organised group training must first seek approval from AHSRA before any training starts. Charges may apply.
Hire of The Pavilion for a private function
Cost of hire is £11 per hour – with a minimum charge of £33
Football Pitch Hire
The current Pitch Hire Charges are as follows: (These will be reviewed next year)
- Side Pitch £30.00
- Main Pitch + Changing Rooms £60.00
- Main Pitch £45.00
All above include VAT
Please note:
- The Pavilion and Football Pitches are the only areas that can be exclusively booked.
- Bookings for children’s parties include the use of the Playground and Car Park, but not exclusive use.
- The Pavilion is not available for hire during Café opening hours.
- Hirers will be responsible for any damage or breakages and agree to reimburse AHSRA any costs thereby incurred.
- Barbecues and Bouncy Castles are not allowed.
