Ash-worth Time Bank Rural Wellbeing

Linking People Together in Rural Cheshire

We are a local charity set up in 2002 to help people who might otherwise feel isolated to socialise, make new friendships and remain active, valued members of their community

Local groups include:

Social and luncheon groups, Remember When, Sharing Skills, Health Walks, Textiles, Crafts, Art, Tai Chi and French.

We also provide simple practical help such as giving lifts to local groups, assisted shopping, filling in forms, computer skills etc.

For further information, please contact us on 01829 751398 or email ash-worthtime@hotmail.co.uk

You are welcome to pop in and visit us anytime at our library sessions at the Parish Rooms on Wednesdays
from 10.00 until 12.00pm

If you have an idea for a group activity you think other local people might be interested in or have a skill you’d like to share, we’d be very interested to hear from you

Volunteers are always needed to give lifts to local people who, for whatever reason, do not have transport to attend a group

There is no regular commitment required, just an occasional half an hour makes all the difference

Time to spare = Time and skills to share
