The Lord-Lieutenant of Cheshire has today written to the Bridging the Gap initiative to praise the work being carried out by so many volunteers within our community.
This is a testament to the large number of people who have volunteered to help keep others safe and well.
In his letter he ends with:
Everyone involved in the initiative can feel proud of what they are doing to help others.
