Community Clean-up – Do your bit for the local environment
The next Community Clean-up was planned to take place on Saturday 4th April. However with the coronavirus and all the concerns and uncertainty that brings we don`t feel we can go ahead with it but we hope that by the Autumn things will have settled and the risks reduced and we will be able to plan another Community Clean Up event. In the meantime there is nothing to prevent individuals, who choose to do so, litter picking around the parish. We know a number of people already do this on a routine basis and it really does make a big difference. If you want a litter picker, Hi-Vis jacket, gloves or bin bags please let either Paul Varey (paul@ashtonhayespc.co.uk) or Jane Colville (jane@ashtonhayespc.co.uk) from the Parish Council know and we will arrange for you to have them.
